We print directly onto Greenleaf bio-degradable foam board. The prints are rigid so they can be hung directly onto the wall. They don't need to be mounted or framed, This saves on materials and labor.

If you plan to sell your prints, you can protect thme by slipping each into a clear plastic sleeve. Unlike paper posters they do not need to be rolled and tubed. They won't curl, and you save time and labor.

Standard, paper-faced memory foam board with bio-degradable rigid foam center and SFI certified paper liners. With the exception of its biodegradable properties. Performs the same as regular foam board.
Polystyrene Foam Center: Rigid foam board breaks down in landfills or composting environments in 1 to 5 years. Formulated with not less than 15% recycled content.
TESTING/CERTIFICATION: The biodegradation properties of material samples used in the manufacture of BIODEGRADABLE foam board were tested by an independent laboratory using standard ASTM methods, as well as other established tests.

41% Polyester, 59% Repreve Polyester Recycled. This fabric has great definition and presents a very high quality print. The surface appearance is very desirable for banners, signs and trade show exhibits. It is Flame Retardant and passes the NFPA 701 small scale test.
Greenleaf Eco-Knit is a excellent alternative to vinyl for indoor banners and displays. Fabric is soft and classy. Fabric hangs straighter then vinyl as most vinyl curls at the edges. We have managed to offer an environmentally friendlier solution at a price competitive with vinyl. |

Soft knit contains 59% Repreve. It is not recyclable, no fabric that we know of is.
Eco-knit contains the most Repreve yarn of any of our fabrics. .
We also like the fact that it is flame retardant, a requirement most large convention alls.
