Here's how you order:

1. Set the camera to its highest resolution. Take a close-up head and shoulders picture of your subject. Make sure that you have good lighting. No shadows please. Outdoor pictures on a cloudy day are best. Take several pictures.

The picture file should be at least 1mb. The larger the better!
